STYLUS FOR AKAI AP-M5 AP M5 APM5 TURNTABLE
The Akai AP-M5 AP M5 APM5 turntable was fitted
with an Akai SMB-5 SMB5 phono cartridge and an
Akai RS-5 RS5 stylus. A photo of the stylus
replacement is supplied above. The stylus
features a highly polished elliptical diamond
for long playing life, reduced record wear
and very good reproduction of voice, music
and harmonics.
The color of the stylus varies. Please compare with your stylus and use this as a guide only since the cartridge and stylus may have been changed through the years.
Do not order the above stylus if it looks different from what you have or your stylus is missing.
Instead, look at the info and marking on the existing cartridge and stylus and provide these to us. We need the brand and model number.
