Considered one of the best step-up MC transformers in the world at any price, the Denon AU-S1 also continues to be affordable. Made from high rigidity, non-magnetic aluminum for isolation and non-resonance, the Left and Right channels are independent from the unit’s hollow structure. Large-sized 78 perm-alloy cores are used for near zero magnetostriction and highest fidelity. The Denon AU-S1 is optimal for 3 – 40 ohms correspondence.
